Malays are minority yet they still give free preview for raya as a token of appreciation. Here, majority of Astro customers are Malays and they throw 1 temporary raya channel. Sad.

It's official. Korean Pack will replace Indo Pack on Nilai Pack. Indo Pack free preview is also given, after that it can be purchased by Nilai Pack customers at special price of RM8.48.

Exclusive license has expired but no other company is known to apply satellite tv license from MCMC.

Haha tvn movies in movie pack? Just Astro's clever way to force Korean fans to subscribe movie pack. Better watch online, some movies also feature steamy scenes. Haha.

Hearing that Ansa sister company is Umobile, I do expect cheaper rates. Despite its flaws in term of coverage, umobile successfully becomes a disruptor in the telco industry. Hope Ansa will do the same to Astro.

Since MTV, TVN, Animax and Nick are on both Hypptv and Astro I think Ansa can get those channels too

Actually if we compare Astro offering with Starhub actually there are still a lot of international channels not taken either by Astro or Hypptv e.g. Cinema World, Toonami, KMTV Asia, Hbo family, Hbo signature (used to be on astro iptv), Thrill, Fox News channel, MNC Channel (indonesia)

Hopefully they lease from other sources not Measat.

Why are people so desperately want to watch porn on TV which is impossible in our country where even Selena Gomez's concert was protested and a harmless Despacito song was banned? A simple google search and a bit knowledge on torrenting is all required to watch adult contents as a matter of fact.

IKR..knowing how conservative the people are still want to watch explicit contents on TV? Better ask for more international and less rojak in house channels.

Content cost and the weak ringgit are pressure points for satellite providers such as Astro and the company is said to have given up some of the exclusive rights it has over certain channels to lessen its costs.
