It is incumbent upon the service providers to afford prompt after sales service. When they resort to tier charging like this, they are taking advantage especially when we are paying so much already every month, not to mention their regular service takes up to 14 waiting days which is ludicrous.

This is simply making full use, at the expense of the consumers, of their monopoly position. Can't wait for the other party to come into the arena.

The fact that they have put that caveat there, is a point of contention. On good days, you get prompt service but what if you require service at the 'wrong time'?
