Warner TV HD in hypptv channels bitrate is 8mbps & astro AXN HD(5mbps rate)!

inb4 best HD channels bitrate is 12Mbps..
5mbps rate is almost watching 720p video. 1080i atleast give la 6mbps or 7mbps rate. But, this is really low bitrate.. tq soonwai bcs post this pic..

Complain must be done BUT is not enough. Best way is still say bye-bye but many subscribers still willing to pay, not terminate ! We can complain that durian price is very high but the price still continue to increase because there are MANY people who still buys durian !

Customers dont accept to add channels, then automatic pop out. Next month you will see like TM "Thank you for your suprise". Your bill slightly increase.

End up pity to those customer service employee (branches service center) kena shout by customers with no head no tail.
End up also pity to sales team tak kena fight the figure, manager will inform you "tomorrow come to my offices".

Those managers work in astro only see numbering only. Numbering is more important than customer feedback.

Remember when Astro Hitz TV went off air on May 16 last year?
They deserved to be shutdown because they play outdated music videos and not new ones like what MTV does.

Then, what about the other inhouse channels? Well, they should consider consolidating some of them into one and discontinue one of them, so they can make more room for better channels.

In other words, Astro needs to stop coming up with these 'rojak' channels and start caring more about their customers.

Even Indovision (Indonesia's '#1' Pay-TV Operator) has more 'rojak' channels than Astro.

Then, why i can see coming soon slide@12:24 am?
