Material and technology man...
I still love my X3i but am looking for non-iem now, consider it an upgrade. It's tiring listening to iem for 2-3 hours straight.
I was looking for extension cable at Mediaplex then i saw the Mylar, was kinda shock too when i saw the price.

I'm getting from yuheng soon, if I'm not out of luck. I hope it sounds considerably better than the (fake?) CX300 sold by jenssen.

The black X3i is going to out of stock soon (WTF again...). But dont worry. I have white X3i here, new fresh stocks.

X3i is better than ori CX300 (to me), why compare with fake one? laugh.gif

hey, i just found out that my ear are best using the small sleeve.

all these while im using the mid sleeve, which i thought the sound already good, but today i change to the small sleeve, found that some details is clearer. my ear not able to fit the large sleeve.

Guys, you all hv to try which sleeve suit urself to get the best out of ur mylar.

BTW im using x3 only. i found that the bass response is getting better burn-in along with my D1.

The only problem I find with IEMs is the ringing sound in your ears during silent parts... sweat.gif

what's the difference between IEMs and normal head/earphones? or do they just mean they are placed 'in ear' inside the ear canal?

yea IEMs are placed in the ear canal, providing sound isolation from the ambient noise.

ya walkman phones that use hpm-70 and hpm-82. but those IEM lose to mylar IEM. they have far less details and too much on the bass than mylar IEM.

for the budget IEM that has the quality, get mylar biggrin.gif

Hi Yuheng, you have said that the built quality is better. i'm wondering whether the wire is stronger now cause in the first post you said that it's rather fragile and i'm quite a tough-handler?
