but then now gov/fed pumping stimulus like no tomorrow...so.... things are pretty much up in the air...no one knows what will happen next for sure...

No idea about the market as i was never involved in market directly...all i know is anytime is a good time if you find the one you like which suits you... the places i like i not yet see reduction 50%... not even 10% yet... but it is also a buyer market now... i can make an offer and tarik harga
.. after few months agent call back say owner agree to reduce... wink.gif

Now is 2021... dunno follow this tered for how long dee... in prime area or those good location area.. price hardly fall as there is demand or owners got holding power... end of the day when it comes to property, instead of waiting for bubble to pop... better just focus on buying at the right location...

well if you buy new also got horror stories before...like things starting to fall apart...damage, cracks etc or poor quality workmanship...
but it's your own money and since it's not cheap...i guess you have every right to decide...

but like what others here shared with you...sometimes you can get a good bargain also leh from subsales...
if you ever willing to open up your options instead of insisting purely new...

Malaysia salary always stagnant at a certain point... i also wish saving more than 400/month but it will takes time before i could afford the 10% downpayment.

do you think cash rich people will want to just buy property only?

i know some cash rich folks who rather invest their money on stocks instead of properties...unless that cash rich folk is a property guru then no choice, have to practice what they preach....

exactly... but i guess those who problem bubble and still waiting to buy...never try monitor or buy property at prime area....
and also maybe they looking for quick bucks? cuz if buy and hold long term at prime area, i think risk already very minimize already even if really bubble burst...

Similar to other investment like stocks... there will be good ones and bad ones... for property... location location location... luckily i never listen to iceman also... now market crash... property at good location is still holding... 👌
