Placing this promo eFD seem to count towards basic SA (no annual fee) free OTC quota. Got charged RM5 'volume charge', interesting.

I experienced that b4. N found out that it is HLB issue.. last time we will receive notification from FPX.. I did from SCB to HLB for FD placement.. I received notification from FPX (aka paynet) and SCB that my transaction is successful.. but, HLB failed.. when I contacted both bank, scb told me the fund confirmed transferred to hlb.. but hlb failed to create fd for me.. it should have stuck at their suspense acc.. after several follow up, they do manual reversal on that night itself after I provided proof from paynet & SCB

when did this happen? how long has it been?

try check PBe again, see if the fund reversed back to your account.

contact hlb to dispute. hlb will check their own system --> then check with paynet (system provider for fpx).

by right, if failed, paynet will send an acnowledgement back to PBB that the fpx transfer failed, and fund is restored.

however, this may not happen immediately as paynet itself have been unreliable and slow in processing.

Did not get any SMS.. I got 2 expiring 3rd wk of Aug.

Today put in FD with 4.23% interest in Affin Mytown again. I was told that the FD promotion will probably end on 1 Sept
