Maybe fresh fund issue? You try with Ambank saving or instant transfer?

Was told by counter staff during lunch time just informed by HQ for all branches that the 2.75 % po1m11 promo to end early by month end instead of 15 September 2020. Too bad just scraped up a little extra to top-up matured FD since not aware as they already shortened promo once before from 15 November.

My RHB eFD matured today. But unable to see any withdrawal/termination buttons.

Now over 9am. Have to wait till later ?

First time with RHB eFD. Other banks eFD would have been showed up and can xfer out already.

Not FPX issue, eFD cannot terminate issue. For today maturity

Not sure what issue you are facing.
Just in case, it's this - FD placement type( as in Conventional /Islamic) has to match your CASA type

ie if  islamic CASA ...can only make eFD(i) placement .
Conventional CASa...make placement under Conventional FD

I wasted 1 week previously trying before finding out thru trial n error.
Called CS and went to branch...also they didn't know why

Hi for those that successfully do FPX to Ambank, may i know is your account have 10k inside the saving ? Because OTC you should have a 10k in saving only entitle for this rate. But online EFD does not stated.

So I suspect that only AMbank saving got 10k, only successfully place the EFD with rate 2.7% for 18 months.

yes. otc 10k casa is a must. but efd no stated. so we assume no need. but due to some people fail to use fpx to ambank but some yes, so suspect this is the reason behind. but someone in the forum just reply casa less than 10k still able to do fpx.

so okay. dunno which party went wrong here. but definitely dont use maybank fpx to ambank. too many incident happen.

as mentioned earlier, my branch said the same. maybe they are not informed of this practice for fmco. anyway i will go to other branch later as they say can renew at other branch and this branch has shorter queue. don't wanna waste another day interest..

I just encountered the same thing (FPX from PBE to MBB). Did you managed to get the transaction reversed?
