Opened FD in Affin today 3.45 % for 13months promo. Seems it was the last day as told by staff don't know how true

OCBC 12 mth FD 3.28%, fresh fund, min 10k. Islamic FD.

6 mth rate down a bit to 3.10%. Conventional/Islamic FD.

CIMB FD rate same as last week. 6/12 mth 3/3.05%, min 10k fresh fund.

I am OCBC customer for many years, never ever saw a FD promotion that could be done online.

The funny of OCBC promo is that, they don't show you the promo rate (only 10 months got promo rate) prior before placing, got only choose months tenure in the option, and if hit the "show rate" option, only board rate showed, kinda worry when first time placing.

It only showed up 3.25% after placed.

Any hidden T&C like the OCBC 360? Any specific branch?

OCBC efd now got 2.7% 10month. min 1k. existing fund also applied.

3m at 2.6% pa ending 30/6/2020

Do the islamic term investment account, 2.85% for 3 months. No need to move money around.
