How about Bank Rakyat? I remember their FD promo is quite attractive. Although theirs is not protected by PIDM, but they have strong backup. Shouldn't be a problem.

Anyone managed to get OCBC online FD placement @ 2.38% for 12-months? I tried new placement via FPX but it shows board rate only.
