My fd at BI is due soon, but i might not be in Malaysia for a while. Does anyone know if the bank side allows renewing OTP (over the phone) rather than OTC for their latest promo XD

Does anyone know whether this promo is through EFD or existing fund in the bank account? I just created an account, it is asking me to deposit some fund first for activation or something. Should i use duitnow and send RM10 over first? I see there are some features not available on the app but the promo has to be done via app.

Ya i just aware that multiple placement is possible. I heard the interest will be given upon 3 months, so meaning the fund is available to use (like move to other fd) after 45 days but interest need to wait?

So the hlb bday promo is 50k max despite multiple placement. I put 30k yesterday and today it only allowed me to put 20k. Cringe.
