QUOTE(Xaser_3 @ Dec 1 2019, 02:24 PM) Here are the latest FD promotions and pick the best that suites you RHB 3.9% @ 9 or 12 mths, pure UOB 3.85% @ 9mths Ambank 3.95% @ 6mths, condition CIMB 3.85% @ 6mths HL 3.9% @ 6mths Affin 3.9% @ 12 mths Mbsb 4.25% @ 6mths, bundleAffin The Curve said 3.9% no more, best rate is 3.25% for 11 months. Can anyone verify if CIMB Damansara Utama still offering 3.85%? Tried calling the number found online but seems not working. This post has been edited by cocolala: Dec 3 2019, 03:09 PM

QUOTE(Xaser_3 @ Dec 4 2019, 08:20 AM) Weird because they are offering existing customers a much lower rate. Maybe they want existing customers to switch to booster account? That’s what they asked me to do, saying FD is now only 3.0%.

QUOTE(fuzzy @ Dec 4 2019, 03:12 PM) The CIMB 3.85% is based on the e-FD promo link, not OTC rate. Is it? I just went to CIMB Uptown to ask for FD rate, they told me 6 months 3.85%, 12 months 3.75%. I thought of switching my fund from OCBC to CIMB tomorrow. This post has been edited by cocolala: Dec 4 2019, 04:06 PM

QUOTE(donhay @ Jan 29 2020, 06:29 PM) Today I decided to continue with my matured FD with CIMB 3.5% 12 months. A rainy afternoon, I lazy to go to another bank (like Alliance). Yesterday went CIMB, no more 3.5%, only board rate available.

QUOTE(samsungfreak @ May 10 2020, 04:49 PM) Tip: If anyone answer a single YES in any of the questions, you won't be able to open the eFD account online. Thanks! The reason I asked is because I was not really understand about the questions, now that you have mentioned this and I looked back at the questions and understood.

Hello all, I was trying to transfer from Maybank to Affin via instant transfer but it only allows max Rm10k. I saw there is a DuitNow option max RM50k but not sure it’s mechanism. Can I use this option for instant transfer? Or if there’s any better way? Thanks in advance.
