Strange, I pass by HLB and enquiry about it, they told me 2.9% casa 10% is previous promotion (before 16 April) , now latest one is 25% casa

most probably they won't send to you, so just wait for refund, no action required

Not really, went UOB around 2 weeks back and yesterday passed by Public Bank around 2pm got queue also. Maybe check if your bank can do online queue/appointment like Maybank?

At its meeting today, the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of Bank Negara Malaysia decided to increase the Overnight Policy Rate (OPR) by 25 basis points to 2.00 percent. The ceiling and floor rates of the corridor of the OPR are correspondingly increased to 2.25 percent and 1.75 percent, respectively.

Also involved like time, efforts, travelling cost etc. The higher the amount, shorter the time difference between new and termination date, the better.

My account is under conventional saving account, the officer guide me the step via login to maybank2u website, cannot recall click which button, which can convert my existing conventional saving account straight to Islamic saving account. Then, upon maturity, my FD interest will be credited into my saving account.  I no need to open a new saving account for Islamic.
