ermm dont know worr... u said ur b16a, max is 185km/h?? last time i sit my fren GTI b4 turbo mod, so fast 210km/h,pek corner when we going kepong around 180-190....i was sitting behind and i was sitting behind passenger's seat, once he pek i almost stick to the window of the driver's seat..... T_T then after that he modded to turbo and i dowanna sit that car anymore

moon*'s b16a only max 185 according to him. He has speed cut.

And where may i ask can u go that fast around kepong? Jln Kuching? Mrr2?

Not to mention...the speed trap The only stretch on MRR2 that is safe to do high speed runs is the straight after Batu Caves and the downhill/uphill section near Terminal Putra

ermm that time i was only 15 yo, which is about 6 years back....its either gombak or kepong but i think its kepong, and we wanted to go there juz to have a drink of fruit juice which is said to be very famous......so i dont recognize roads that time, but maybe its LDP....and it was about 12 - 1 a.m. oOoO speed cut ar... kekeke

but on LDP i once try to chase a M3 from 1U back to sunway,there was another wira and civic flying with us, end results i got 2nd =p, m3 was 1st and civic and wira....the reason i got 2nd was because the m3 too fast, the civic and wira have to give way to M3, and so i juz stick to his ass......

errr, when they were flying that time, i think they didn't care bout speedtraps also, juz not roadblock then fine adi

i survey is around 35K, for year 97.

btw, the local EK is fitted with D16y engine rite?

EK9 = type R? then normal EK 4 door is call what? EK4? heheheh

how much to transplant a B16A into a EK? (halfcut/engine + workmanship)?

how much for a EK 2 door now ?

and one more imporatant question, how is the fuel comsuption for stock EK? i know is hard to andwer as it need to be depends on the condition, but around what range? 0.18/km?

hi there.. first.. my experience with my ek2 b16a.
per km is roughly abt 0.14 - 0.15. full tank pump so far is abt rm 73 for 38litres. max tank i tink its 45litres. i pump rm 68 n travel 450km b4.
but i tink its how u control the rev n all.. n depends ur car modded heavily or not too..

mine is jst ek2 with b16a, no other major mods

ek2 hatch backs are fitted with d13b engine. auto or manual tranny 1.3.

local model for ek 4 doors i tink its EJ.. not sure if its 1.5 or 1.6
previously the wan my bro drive is 1.5 sohc 4 door ek.

the price range i tink its abt 32-37k. (4 door ) ej 6 or 9 i forgot which is which

ek 2 dr (non vtec=32-35k, Vtec = 45K or above)


ek4 come with b16a engine itself n its hatch back..

king noss transplanted his vtec b16a for 5k+ i tink. forgot liau..
