i bought a fake mspd from one of our fellow forumer!
he claimed it was original!
i bought a new one!
now when i tell him its fake he says its not his concerne!
he ask me to contact his supplier!
wht shud i do?

the thing is i dont want to spoilt his reputation here!
he's a gd hp seller oni dis time he cheated me with this mspd!

If he's such a good HP dealer/seller then he shouldn't be so irresponsible to sell you a fake MSPD and then not bother about you after that.

i think the best the admins can do is stop him/her from selling...
you've already bought the product..nothing you can do about that..

what's the big deal,anyway...just slower when transferring files..the card still is 1gb..
myself using 4gb fake mspd,no problems at all..

do u think i can get a ORIGINAL MSPD from him as he said it was a ori card?

How to know it is fake or ori...???

if he gave you a fake and claimed it was ori,i dont think he would give you an ori card..

who is he,anyway?
create a thread in the dispute corner,reveal his name.
maybe with the publicity he will change the card for you.

just curious,how much did you buy it for?

purchased it for rm70!

nothing to worry about.. just go to the lyn civil corner and complain about that. so both of you can explain what's a real story there. How much you bought the fake mspd? If selling cheap than RM150 below surely it's non-original eventhough the seller claim that one is original.

sony original mspd didn't comes as cheap as that. A lot of sony mspd in LYP = fake. Those seller told this and that is original but got no proof how can they know the things they selling is original.

i donno abt u , but this seller's attitude just pissed me off

i just found out today when i came acroos the topic to determine yr mspd ori or not! i bought my mspd yesterday!

Use that to verify it.

my packaging doesn't hv the pin number!

there's a lot of website show you which one is fake and original mspd. why not you check first? It's not by comparing the packaging but the mspd itself also different. Cannot put the review here... Go goggle up yourself! Sony MSPD itself should have warranty card from sony malaysia if it's genuine.

until now.

by the time im bought,
im asking to buy the original as a request.
all i see is REAL.

unfortunately, even the big company selling fakes.
the source come from ASIA MOBILE.

what i suggest to my buyer is
try search around for the original since mines is fake.
exchange is out of question
but i promise to figure it out.

an original 2GB Hispeed MSPD will cost you around rm700 if im not mistaken.

please check the above links provided by stingray1337 to determine whether ur mspd is genuine or not

pls go dispute center ,seller must confirm the product b4 selling ,not acting after customer complain

i saw 1 b4 also sell aaa housing as ori,after that the buyer report to dispute ,then he say his supplier told him is ori.he dunno anything

I got my 2GB MSPD at RM240...and it is fake,now how?But i think it is the old batch coz it supports up to 2GB and at least the transfer rate is faster than using USB to phone.........

How sure are you that your MSPD is fake ? Have you check thru Sony website ?

Not that expensive. 2GB MSPD for Sony only cost RM 249.

high speed is double the price of non-high speed mspd...

Im pretty sure its RM700 for the REAL HISPEED MSPD.

yeah maybe.the last time i checked Sonystyle Malaysia it was selling for RM700.that was about a month or two ago.

Sandisk a bit cheap than sony original mspd. I buy my ori Sandisk 4GB RM430 from C-Zone. Guess that sony 4GB MSPD (not the hi-speed) will cost RM100-200 more than mine... A lot of LYP phone seller there didn't know which one is ori and which one is non-ori.. They know that they sell the price low... I only noticed only some seller tell me that their mspd is fake... Haiyaa.. so ppl get cheated later....

Here's link on how to differentiate fake and ori memory card, but it is in chinese... beware sandisk also got fake one.
