got the bike yesterday. unfortunately, the seat of the bike is not there when i got it. contacted lazada customer service and they ask me to return it. WTH. i dont want to return it, i just want the freaking seat. now i gotta spend more to get the seat from a bicycle shop. damn lazada.

keep on pushing them until u got the seat..and also request sorry voucher at the same time..

ask for compensation code or ask them to resend

last month i bought oven and it didnt came with tray holder (actually got but didnt saw in box) so i emailed to lazada. later i received the oven company sent me a tray holde.

U got the invoice with contact n address from Skygarden?

Tell them u are not going to repack and send back to them. If they insists, ask them to send courier to your house directly to collect.

Btw next time pls use Paypal to make payment, any issues with Lazada just raise dispute at Paypal.
Paypal will judge and may make partial refund or if lucky even full refund.

If paid using Credit Card, can try dispute to your bank.

If paid using bank transfer, bye bye..

unfortunately, i didnt use paypal this time. i use cimb cc because of the offer the other day. will try to contact the bank then. thanks.

Got my NB shoes just now. Everything seems good and new. Just dislike got 1 minor bump at the front of right shoes. I guess it's normal.
