went to COSE shah alam.
Day 1 - send my car to service center and inform service advisor the issue, and leave car there. Received call from service advisor saying they cant test the issue i mentioned (i wonder why they cant get technician to test with me before i leave car there!!), want me go back to test for them.
Day 2 - go to SC and test for them.
Day 5 - collect car but found that issue is not fixed, inform service advisor, make appointment on the spot.
Day n - send my car to SC
Day n - received call saying they cant rectify the issue, they will arrange mechanic from suzuki to fix the issue
Day n - received call saying can collect car, parts has been ordered.
Day n - never receive any call from SC
Day n - after 1 and half month i call SC, they said parts arrived
Day n - made appointment with them, 19th Aug to install parts.
Day n - to be continued...
Wew.. So long edy still not fixed. Keep us updated on the case. I wonder what parts will be replaced..
