QUOTE(riezzien @ May 6 2017, 08:01 AM) just topup for fully synthetic oil for 10k mileage lifespan. just pay the difference only. last time i bought eb also same. No.. There's no need to topup. It will not be called free service anymore.. The semi synthetic provided by the proton free service package is enough for us till 10k. Don't be fooled by the SC. Read what I post few post back..

QUOTE(shirohamada @ May 6 2017, 09:39 PM) Thanks for the video. Really have great info. Though I just wanted to know as a normal driver that has driven the car for few years compared to newly/test drive car especially the reliability of the car. QUOTE(Syiqin Hadi @ May 6 2017, 11:09 PM) Have you test drive Avanza before? Sorry to say but I did and that vehicle is the most saddest vehicle I have ever drove *no pun intended to Avanza owners* but that is my honest opinion. Ertiga I did test drove it not once but 3 times, however since I am solo, probably will get one after beranak pinak hahahhahha Never before though.. So in your opinion it is Ertiga > Avanza? Why 3 times though? So excited ka This post has been edited by AMDAthlon: May 7 2017, 12:05 AM

QUOTE(richarddrifter @ May 7 2017, 08:04 PM) Please avoid to buy Ertiga at all cost! I tried to fill in Rm50 Ron97 last week (Rm2.49/litre), but it can last 437km with 40~60kmh in city; 90~100kmh in highway. That was ridiculous! How can I accumulate petrol points with this car? free image hostingcertificity.comHahahaha.. At first I thought it was a first complain for ertiga.. But then Quite good fc though..

QUOTE(kokyee992 @ May 12 2017, 12:35 AM) Congratulations 👏👏. For the lock, if it does not modify any wiring or structure, the warranty should be intact. Ur variant is manual or auto ? Thanks.. Usually how many days more will it take before I get my car after loan approved? I see.. Will need to ask proton about the warranty then..

I just noticed that Ertiga does not have auto lock door when brake pedal is pressed and auto unlock door when engine is turned off. Anyone here installed a module for this feature? If yes where to get it?

QUOTE(richarddrifter @ May 22 2017, 01:56 PM) How to change your Ertiga Cabin Filter First, open the drawer. Then just simply pull out the drawer, don't be afraid, there's no any screw around the drawer. picture uploadAfter you pulled out the drawer, you will saw a cabin filter cover. There it is, it was just 2 simply clips at the side of it, open it. 上传图片的方法At last, the cabin filter was in front of you. 上传图片的网站You could change it to Swift 1.4 carbon cabin filter, coat you around Rm90. Any improvement/difference ka by using Swift version?

QUOTE(madyol @ May 24 2017, 04:15 PM) Hi guys, im thinking whether to buy preve manual or ertiga manual. Preve looks cool and style with the LED light while ertiga is an EEV vehicle and fuel consumption is really good as what I read in this thread. ( why preve becaue im quite a big guy ) Im planning to get married next year. Going to use this car to commute to work alternate with my motorbike. What is your advise to a late 20's guy here Test drive both then you decide.. Plus I heard preve gonna get face-lift next year..

Its not really an issue.. More like EPS characteristics. Same with Bezza and certain EPS based steering car.
Although Proton version of EPS is much better(Iriz and Persona), but Suzuki does not allow Proton to do any adjustment to the car.

Hi guys.. I'm on my 2nd service soon.. On my first service I used the service voucher which used semi synthetic of course. But the next service milage shown on sticker is 6000km. However when I check the manual, service interval is on 10k km AND semi synthetic provided used by proton last untill 10k km too.
So in my case.. Should I go ahead and Service at 6k or just use untill 10k? Because I'm afraid that if I go service at 6k I might be charged and not be able to use voucher.
Anyone can comment?

QUOTE(kozu @ Nov 7 2017, 09:13 AM) Went for 1st 1000km service.. 10km fully synthetic.. Cost 27x.xx.. Use free voucher 13x.xx.. Pay 13x.xx Why used fully synthetic though? Purposely or advised by the service center? Because according to Ertiga service manual, the semi synthetic is enough to cover 10k km. Which means the free service is enough to cover everything. Any difference between fully and semi? This post has been edited by AMDAthlon: Nov 7 2017, 09:16 AM

After tidying up the seat belt then no more sound. Could it be the same for you? Not that one..That one i acknowledge. This one is like making noise when using bad road.It sounds like 'bzzzzzzz..' I went to SC but they still not able to fix it.
