the multiband has a different code, W100 instead of S100.
they both came out same time, just Malaysia market officially only get version without multiband.

The hybrid leather looks fantastic . Any channel (beside Marco as they aren't officially allowed to sell for parts for other model right)to get the strap only once it is release ? Thinking of getting the band for my first gen gsteel to replace the resin.

btw, if ur gonna order the metal gsteel bracelet...the bracelet also has 4 small tubes which act as fillers for the screw bars.
i dunno if those come together with the bracelet or not.
i changed mine from bracelet to resin strap...so those 4 small tubes arent needed cos the resin strap holes are smaller.

Oh I see. Thanks for the info! Didn't know that as I nvr change bracelet personally for all my watch. Previously wanted to get metal bracelet but the pricing stopped me, and I can't stand of scratches. But this time I will definitely get the synthetic leather at all cost. Not sure if the leather band need any extra tubes or not. Will ask u if I ever see u post your modded gsteel (with resin bezel innm )with leather band 👍

actually im thinking of just getting the new gsteel itself...the uv neon illuminator is tempting.
but i'll probably wait for grey market sets to come...dont feel like paying more than rm1k for it.

LOL where you saw those bro? Grey Earth Rangeman is crazy price since quite some time ago....USD$ 700 is only RM 3.2k...more like the green earth watch's price tho

The price I mentioned was the ball park price in those FB Rangeman/G-Shock groups

just by following ebay sold items, and also on watchuseek.
always see sold items... not asking prices...cos some are really delusional.

anyway, in recent history on ebay and watchuseek... i find 4 sold...usd540, usd550, usd620, usd701...
all used la, but good condition complete with tags n all.

its actually not much difference to when first came out la in terms of usd when it was around 3.3...used to sell here around rm1.5-1.8k...but I've seen slightly higher and also slightly lower before.
just our currency of cos gg by more than 30%... so better resale now.

the green one unsurprisingly doesn't sell well...on ebay i can only find 2 that have both closed and unsold at asking prices of usd674 and usd699...
but 1 did sell on watchuseek for usd680... provided he didn't nego outside wus at a different price la... which is actually against wus rules as they need to show actual sold prices for records.

maybe i should search the model code to get more hits... but lazy... my terms I just use rangeman sea earth.
but a good avg price seems to be usd600-650 la...again not really a huge difference in terms of usd to when first released.

Awesome analysis bro but I do agree, some Malaysian sellers are indeed delusional when offering selling price the green earth watch didn't really sell super well, I guess because there are still plenty around in the market.

And there are a fair amount of 'stock hoggers' for the Rangeman models too, so I guess that's why the supply is always there

Finally got my DW-5600MS-1 which i've been waiting for.
