You should have no issues using SPay with Citibank Visa. I am assuming this is not your time using SPay, right? The daily limit for Citibank on NFC merchant terminals is RM750, so you have quite a bit of credit to play with there. Do let me know your outcome, as I might be able to advice further. Cheers!

I hope you kept the receipts for the transaction. You have to e-mail Samsung Pay CS support with your description, screenshots of your points, credit card (digital version) together with the receipt slip. They would check and credit the points and log the transaction for you in 2-3 days, so nothing to worry about there.
