Can I still claim missing point if my transaction isn't captured by individual card transaction and SPay transaction? QUOTE Email to my.samsungpay@samsung.com with details below. They will reimburse the reward point to you.
(1) Credit Card receipt / Sales Draft (the receipt that printed out from the credit card machine);
(2) The screenshot of the current level of your reward; and
(3) The screenshot of the full page of the payment card history (showing your card details & the particular transaction) |

For AmBank terminal, do I tap on the display or side?
The Starbucks cashier pointed me to tap at the side.
The transaction went through and recognized as contactless.

Anybody adds Watson card into SPay?
I always faced problem with the cashier failed to scan the barcode.
Sometimes, they don't even know how to input the numbers manually to the cash register.
Any enlightenment?
