They don't profit by abuse transactions because the abuser will redeem all the top gifts before legit spay owner because now they also limit the prizes.

Imagine an abuser with 3 Samsung phones with 3 Samsung account with 3 debit cards . He can get 7k points if he owns a credit card machine or he know someone that have he a credit card machine can redeem 3 top prizes before anyone on the 1st day itself.

The legit ones will get annoyed and tell their friends can't get prize even enough points like I am telling my friends.

I tried once at guardian for an item cost rm5. She even dare to ask me? Don't have cash?

Samsung is not the winner because honestly as a legit user I feel Samsung pay is troublesome because many places are skeptic about you paying with your phone or still not fully supported.
If samsung pay not able to make it accept widely Android pay and apple pay might topple samsung pay.

All the prizes Samsung offer needs to come from somewhere.and all cost money.

Exactly like the December redemption most of those people already the 7k points on the 1st day.

I have not say it's not possible. I get 2k points a month without problem but the effort and time to hit it is hard and hassle like after queue 10minutes and some error appears after retried so do you pay with cash or return the item and try else where?

Last Saturday go to mcd. Wanna get latte see the queue so long. So since there a ice cream corner I ordered sundae cone after payment the spay come out error say connection error. So do I reject the ice cream or pay with cash?

Some people uses spay for item rm1 to rm3 then keep repeat it daily.

Samsung pay started 7 months ago but rewards just started Oct and previous target for reward it's very easy 5 transactions you can redeem powerbank.

It have all got to do with spay if merchant or cashier is stubborn that means Samsung did not do a good job in working with the banks to educate the cashiers. I Test spay alot and some merchant end up arguing with you even you explained and some terminal fail even they let you try.

Once I hit 7k I will stop spay. I will wait redeem only.

I do agree who knows there could be a bigger prize.

Let me tell you another way how abuser jack up the point and get 2 redemption.

They redeem first for icon X then they follow the slow ones to redeem the s3 the next time.

Finally hit December goal.

Previously failed at BHP ,macdonald on that day. Tried next day no issue.

Today 5 transactions but last 1 at hardware store mst failed he let me tried 3 times. Restart phone also cannot.

Bnm don't have strict implementation to stop merchant charging the extra fee. Most of this shop already mark up their product then discount then not willing absorb the fee.

Yes bhp the best. Caltex some station do not know what is spay.

The worse is shell. Shell station will argue with you.

Same thing happened at self counter at IKEA need reprint customer copy and slot merchant copy into a box.

Actually this wasting your time not theirs. They get paid to be at the cashier.

Yes I agree but not to such extend fighting and showing attitude to them.

Once failed I will immediately avoid that merchant or shop.

What is the fail message?

Maybank logo could be terminal issue? Happened to many times if I pull away the phone too fast.

Sometimes it show card error or card invalid.

It happen to me all transaction failed next day no issue

If there any issue like fraud or illegal issue they can trace to which receipt to which payment.

Card no only appear on cc terminal not on their pos system.

Newer system show card no on receipt too.
