Yes, agree there on the redemption system. They need to allow multiple redemptions of items or keep adding new items periodically rather than monthly or a couple of months.

Yes, I believe you need to perform the link again because even though it is the same Samsung Pay account but on a different device. Talk to Samsung Pay support. They will be able to help.

No issues for multiple transactions using Citibank cards as well. Just the daily limit of RM750 for NFC terminals, which is plenty.

If wave at pump terminal yes but if you wave inside at the cashier POS terminal than no, just the actual amount you pumped.

Yes it is the same, you just need to wave twice with your phone if there is a balance or unused credits. Otherwise just wave once if you have pumped the entire amount.

Once if you used the exact amount. Twice if there is a balance. It is the same at Petronas, Caltex and BHP.
