I'm using visa too for all transactions. Mynews received notification immediately. Cold storage up until now still nothing.

Really hope samsung ironed out this issue. I'm so used to spay, merchants not accepting it will be such inconvenience. If they screw up big time and affecting merchants badly, don't know how long for them to accept again.

Yea but his case was mcdonald's. I never have to ask or reason with mcd. They are one of the easiest to use spay. Hopefully his case is isolated one.

Lol. They simply said to put blame on others or what? I'm using rhb visa, in 1 day, 1 transaction received points, another still nothing after 1 day.

I emailed samsung regarding the missing points just now. Their reply was to monitor for 5 days. If after 5 days and there's still no update, contact them again to escalate further. Lol.

Looks like it if we want to get all the points. Then when emailing them most likely need to be separated into different email for each missing points case.

Why heavy items haven't delivered? Lol. Are they using pos laju or pos daftar or other service?

I answered the survey, then nothing happened. Lol. Some questions about preferred and least preferred rewards / redemption items, promotions etc.

My 3 transactions tonight all got rewarded immediately too. Just the one during the server issue still not rewarded.
But my spay app was having problem of its own too during the server issue. I keep on getting 'do not honor' message even after I've reset my card with pin. I thought it was because of the server. After few times trying and got the same message and my bank said no issue with my card, i reset the spay app, delete it's cache and add the card again and it can be used again. Lol. Wasted few transactions because of that.

Doesn't really apply in restaurants though. Lol. Makan already how to leave. These places if the staff insists can't use wave or spay I won't bother to push. Just stick card or pay cash. In short, I'm not really confident to leave my cards just yet. Maybe 1 or 2 if you have lots of cards that are compatible with spay.

If really don't have card or cash and rely on spay only, maybe need to do that. But sometimes other people already decide where to eat. Haha.

If they don't support, go to cashier pun cannot pay with wave or spay. Lol.

I don't know if you should make your decision based on spay rewards alone. Here's a list of the most recent active and ended rewards. Most people will wait for those high value items and they're not available in high quantity. Based from previous redemptions, they are gone within an hour to half a day. You might get them, you're likely to miss them too. Other items are always available and you probably know why that is. I'm just giving my opinion from other perspective. If you buy because of the convenience of spay, I'd say it's pretty convenient, though not all banks or cards are supported. If it's only because if rewards, there are things that you need to consider too. Having said that, I managed to redeem vacuum cleaner last time and it's worth it. Now waiting for it to be delivered so I can clean my house. Lol.

I still use it occasionally, mostly for settings that are too deep in the list.

It's a common assurance, even in other banks' cards. In my case RHB. I keep track of my transactions for this exact reason. Rhb can go up to 30 transactions or RM1000 cumulative or 10 transactions in a day, but sometimes I have to reset not even before 10 transactions or reaching the amount limit. When I called the bank CS they said I have reached the limit when I know for a fact I haven't. Lol.

True. Sometimes we're attached to some cards because of benefits etc. Applying new card just for the sake of spay is not the best solution. At least I know some other banks have same issue as mine.

That's great now that they officially accept spay. I've made few transactions using spay at some branches before. They accepted without any issue.

I've been able to use spay at mr diy for a few months already. First time I tried, the foreign worker even assured me I can pay using my phone when asked to reconfirm. Lol. I've tried at a few diy with no issue, no minimum amount. Their PBB terminal seemed just as capable as maybank or cimb. No need to tap twice as far as I can remember, though some are a bit slower in processing. I always thought it was because of their connection.

Wasted lots of my transactions yesterday. Lol.

Interesting that consecutive transaction for this contest is 10 minutes apart. No chance to do separate transactions in 1 counter. Which is great.
