Haha ikr. Never give in to these sellers..

Unless really desperate cannot breathe without ps4 pro lol

seriously , most of them already pre-ordered the ps4 pro , can they just wait for their turn ? it just standard edition of PS4 pro ( not a limited edition ) .. with the extra money , they can purchase software or accessories for it .. now scalpers can get easy profit due to many desperado who cant wait even 1 sec .. its life and death situation laugh.gif

True to that and since PS4 PRO is not priced at MRP (Mandatory Retail Price)

They are priced at SRP( suggested retail price) or RRP ( recommended retail price) means basically they seller can just set higher price as long as there is willing buyer to buy.

Correct me if i am wrong it is not illegal in Malaysia for them to increase the price as long as they told the buyer they are selling at higher price and the buyer agree to the price of the seller which is higher.

At the end of the days consumer lose and business untung kaya
*
consumer already knew the price of ps4 pro rm1799 , it just some of them cant wait for their turn to hands on the ps4 pro even though already pre-odered from retailers etc. , they are willing to pay at higher price .. in the end , it's their money anyway .. without consumer encourage them to do so , they ( sellers ) might reduce the price or selling it at suggested price , they also not willing to keep their stocks for longer period of time due to supply will be available in huge amount time to time rclxms.gif .. i bet by end of march 2017 the stocks will be enough and available through out malaysia thumbsup.gif

A lot of people probably would have already sold their old PS4 in anticipation of the PS4 Pro launch in November, November till now nothing.
*
noted & fully understand the situation notworthy.gif

for me the best way is , keep your current ps4 , until the day your ps4 pro already on hands .. then its a good time to sell your previous ps4 so that you wont miss that much ( for the games ) ... it just my opinion , no offense to those who already purchased it at high price , it's their money and enjoy the ps4 pro thumbsup.gif

That would... optimally be the best way. But because I am still a student, at the time I sold off my PS4 to fund for the PS4 Pro. Honestly, it's my fault for underestimating the demand for the Pro because there were so many reports of hardware issues and lack of noticeable upgrades to older games without a 4K TV that I had hoped that others would give up on it.
*
sold your ps4 and funding for the ps4 pro considered as good ... its not your fault cause we can't predict the situation that gonna happen .. the most important now , enjoy your ps4 pro

play asia does not cover tax, fedex will charge tax if shipment exceed rm500.actually they pay for us in advance, so we need to pay them back.

amazon is another story, all taxes is included if we use express shipping, im not sure about standard shipping though
*
EMS if there is a tax , you need to pay first at their centre somewhere at klia ( poslaju centre klia ) , then collect your parcel ... so i prefer dhl and fedex for the tax payment method , less hassle thumbsup.gif

I collect r2 japan games lol... not hard to get, just 30%-50% pricier than other region  bangwall.gif
i bought games from amazon jp and it usually takes 2 days to reach me, but i never bought more than rm500 in a single order so not sure if u will get charged by custom or not
years ago i import crisis core psp and got hold in custom then i need to go all the way to sepang to pay custom fees and collect my psp, scared oredi lol
less then rm500 no tax , more then that = yes ... my advice choose express shipping , bit expensive but less hassle ( no need to claim your parcel at sepang )

hi guys, currently working in middle east, planning to buy ps4 pro as my main activity here(used desktop gaming for years), and i will to carry the console back to malaysia once my contract over. Any things i might need to take note of? if i purchase from Saudi can i still play it once i bring back to Malaysia? Region etc.... Im really 0 knowledge on console.
*
1 ** yes , you can play it here in malaysia .. even you can play it anywhere around the world without a problem .. just direct plug without using voltage converter adapter cuz all models including standard ps4 , ps4 slim & ps4 pro has a universal power supply ( build in )

2 ** in general, neither digital nor disc-based games will be region locked , means region free .. but the dlc region locked

3 ** the problem is sony malaysia only accept SEA set for warranty & repair , but nowdays there is a lot of 3rd party repair shop or freelance technician provide repair service for videogames console ( ps4 , xbox one etc )
