I saw many cyclist doing the Silk highway ride from Sungai Long every morning when I travel to work. I wish I can cycle there but I am sure I would died half way, even my car felt difficult to go up the slope

If I only have a budget around 1k, the best thing is just go find a bike with the colour u like and buy them? since they don't really matter?

a road bike, thought of sourcing a 2nd hand one but seems no avail

I see 2k is a better starting budget..

I saw this bike in 2XU shop in Gardens earlier, I think it's the same bike as yours

I am aiming to get one secondhand bike due to my budget constrain. therefore walking in a bike store without buying might not be a good idea?

Now I find it difficult to buy a secondhand bike cause it's difficult to source a frame which is exactly suitable for you

get Polygon bike for sub 2k budget? any other choice?

I read about on the net that is better just go for the entry bike you can afford, buy it for a shop that can do fitting for you and have a good service record. Since you don't know what you want you will upgrade it to your liking eventually later on. So I guess A shop shud be better choice for me right

Went to the shop, the shopkeeper recommend me a touring bike instead pula.. looks like hybrid to me

I am interested to get a bike at 2k budget because I still don't know what to get next. 4k is a steep price to pay for a person which knows nothing in the biking world. Sometimes is easy to say you cant go wrong with this and that but sometimes it's just really not for you.

Can anyone listed down a shop or two for good bike?

I wanted to use bike to commute to work occasionally too, it starts at Kajang Silk High way turn into Lekas and ends at Pajam Toll, if I do that everyday I would be a strong cycling in no time haha..

But thinking of cycling 40x2km everyday makes me sick

I shud be expecting price around 2k right? if I were to aim Polygon 200 / 300.. actually those spec means nothing to me haha.. cannot translate them into meaningful data in my brain

I din travelled to PJ, i just realised there's handful of bicycle shop near my area, never realise they are there.

Polygon Helios 300 is out of stock everywhere, I got a quote RM2050 which is quite good I think.
Lerun will not be able to stock until after CNY which is damn freaking far.. Walked into a shop which sell Merida Bikes the shopkeeper try to ask me buy mtb instead lol

headache now.. do i really have to wait that long? the Helios 300 seems to be the best option at that price range, the shop people also recommend another bike with immediate stock available, Chronos, with Shimano Sora but only RM50 cheaper, it's a China Brand

Pass by KSH today by accident coming out from Tropicana City Mall but no parking, just drove back.

I wonder worth to get the 2011 Model?
Differences:
ALX 6XXX HYDROFORMED -> (Alloy) RACING
and the gear got 1 more suffix behind the model number not sure..

coz of the shimano 105? many ppl actually recommended it

the boss actually say for my size (178cm), i can fit a size M and S, between them?

Kinda confuse with size..
some put in CM
some put in XS S M etc
