im stuck killing first kutku.. damm that thing cant even be damage with sowrd and sheild.. LOL. IM not use to Sword so hard.. damm. any one can advise on this..

maybe u ought to try light bowguns. it takes a lil longer to kill, but if u time the reloads right u shouldnt get hit at all

I'm a GS user.. I recommend the GS...
Try using GS.. Although its slow but the damage is good..
I've been using GS since elder quest until i got to HR5..
Except only 1 Sanctioned Gunhammer that i use to kill Khezus..

oh yes, for Kut-Kus..
Just aim on its head.. that was its weakest part

sad... i sold all the other weapon to finance my need for armor.. hehehehe.. but ive purchase bone gs.. ehehe still hard manage to hit this beast few time but then he do combo on me.. cant even get up.. LOL.. he langgar me over and over again damm this beast

Don't get connered when fighting with this beast..
Try to fight it in large/open area..
Bone GS.. good for beginner.. Just aim for its head for the weakest part..
Or just get below it (between leg) then do GS combo..
GS combo = Circle (Swing) & Circle+Triangle(Upper slash) keep repeating..

For quick exit after GS combo/slash, just press X button (rolling)..

already doin it... but this thing keep ramming me... its my 15th try so i not going to let it come to 20th... i think that the only thing it do other than that.. hehehehe just few fire ball if im at distance. damm i think tonite i try to rape this thing again.. LOL... the last i try the kut ku just fly away after the intense battle.. LOL.. hope it would not go out and drink some potion.. LOL

Other way to slash that beast..
If u have Flash Bomb then use it infront of its eye..
Then go slash its head or get below it.. For GS weapon, it has good range..

Or, when Kut-Ku keep jumping & 'mematuk'.. Just keep running to its back/side & slash twice then rolling to escape.. E.g: While running, press triangle then circle, X button (escape)..

Or, when Kut-Ku running like crazy to ram u later 'tersungkur'.. Just keep away & slash from its back then rolling to escape..

U can keep repeating this style.. coz no need to be infront of it if u afraid to be rammed.. As long as u hav good Atk power.. Just keep ur weapon sharp..
