Hi,

I just bought Z5 about 2 months ago and recently I noticed that my battery level was stuck at 53% and the status was "plugged in, not charging". I tried to do battery calibration but this solution did not solved my issue. Is there any other way to solve this problem?
And I think that my battery have already drained, whenever I unplug power adapter, my laptop will shut down.

unplug ur battery from AC adapter,

let it drain till 0%

plug it back, on laptop

it should charge back up to 99%... mine stuck at 97%

but my z5 already old . 2 yrs 6 months already

Hi Christopher, the battery issue mostly affects a certain batch (10% of total) of Z-series owners and the issue is no longer happening on Raven and Laguna
Hi ApostLes, I believe a battery recalibration is recommended for your case. Personally, I also like to recalibrate the battery from time to time to ensure that the battery remains in good condition & the lifespan is prolonged.
