Hi,
My z5 laptop battery is now kaput already. the first symptom that i got is the battery is stuck at 97% then stop charging.
from there it goes to 80 then 50 until now is less than 15. i already try to cabut the battery and put it back but the problem is still persist.
are you guys are open this sat. the warranty is until march 2018.

also i buy this laptop from my fren here. he give me all the receipt for this. so still need prove of ownership?
