Apart from Jalan Pasar and Lelong.com.my, Low Yat Plaza also got Behringer dealer. Look for MIDI Specialist, same floor as All IT, if I'm not mistaken. http://www.midispecialist.com/index.html

QUOTE(theyson @ Feb 13 2007, 11:38 PM) so zoom any better than this behringer? You got to try it yourself V-Amp 2 were a photocopy of POD so they boosted a lot of amp modeler. As for Zoom, I'm not sure myself.

theyson, the Vamp2 is an amp modeller... to be mostly used as a recording device, or to be plug on a hifi / PC speakers directly. It simulates you're going thru an amp. Additional features include FX, of course, but it's a pity to buy a cheap 4-wheeldrive if all you need is high-quality mountain bike !
Look : spending 1,000 RM on Amp simulator + FX means basically, spending 500 RM for amp mod + 500 RM for FX, in the same unit.
If i were in your case, i'd rather spend 1,000 RM on FX only (and a multi-FX usually includes a "light" amp modeller anyway, for direct recording on PC).
Analyse your needs and buy the best tool.
korg ax1500g is good, check out those brands too : digitech, vox, boss

The V-Amp2 is a pretty decent modeler, but it's a bit to digital for MY taste..... plus... you have to spend extra for an expression pedal. If you're a beginner and want something to try out different effects and what not..... the Korg ag1500x is a good choice. Not as digital sounding as the Zoom G2.1u or V-Amp2 and has a built-in expression pedal..... but if you're after recording features.... then the Zoom G2.1u, even though digital sounding, has a USB connector and recording software.
If you have a bigger budget, I would recommend the Vox Tonelab SE if you're concerned about tone quality, Digitech Guitar Workstation for Recording Options, POD XT Live for an insane amount of effects or the GT-8 for great recognizability.....

Pod XT brings also recognability, it is quite widely used. When you think modelization, you think Pod. (like, when you think mp3 player, you think iPod ) i must say its modelization quality is really great for some amps (mostly the Marshall ones).
