Apart from Jalan Pasar and Lelong.com.my, Low Yat Plaza also got Behringer dealer. Look for MIDI Specialist, same floor as All IT, if I'm not mistaken.

V-Amp 2 were a photocopy of POD so they boosted a lot of amp modeler. As for Zoom, I'm not sure myself.

If you're a beginner and want something to try out different effects and what not..... the Korg ag1500x is a good choice. If you have a bigger budget, I would recommend the Vox Tonelab SE if you're concerned about tone quality, Digitech Guitar Workstation for Recording Options, POD XT Live for an insane amount of effects or the GT-8 for great recognizability.....
