Slow speeds here. Some site Don wanna load. P2p is so slow. Have to use proxy to get decent speed. Lots of Sync issues. Some IP I get so slow that cannot even do anything. I'm wondering if TMNET is playing games with us.

when dl stuff using bitcomet or tuotu above 70kb/s, pinging 202.188.0.133 sometimes will appear request timeout.

When ping timeout, seed/peer will restart again. Fark.

I just realize these few days.

looks like the problem is not with the isp, looks like localised problem with your system traffic or with dslam or rdslam and do not run ping test during torrent session cos for sure get high timeouts... anyway this is my results without torrent session.

The problem IS with the ISP. Problem with dslam or rdslam IS also the ISP. Who else does the dslam or rdslam belong to?

When I run ping test, I DO NOT run torrent.

Now my connection is fine for the time being but a few hours ago it was s**t. So tell me, is it still the ISP or dslam or rdslam or torrent???

Edit - Sorry... Just pissed off with the ISP and some ppl who give such authoritative view without knowing s**t. A little knowledge is very dangerous.
