Getting a ip7 soon. Its the matt black version.

So sifus, which accessory brand is the best fit for ip7? There are sooo many brands available in the market that I already pheining ohh. I would like a case that can provide some level of protection from day to day usage and it sould be grippy without the heft. I have seen the Otterbox Defender, which IMO is too bulky and also a Pwr support air jacket, which i think is so thin but also worry on its ability to protect the investment.

Thanks in advance..

My vote goes to Caseology-Parallax Series, using this now.
Has great build quality and finishing as seen from the interior and exterior of the case, imo nice feel in the hands and doesnt add up much to the thickness.

Finally got my unit, ip7 128gb in black and it has already got a Spigen Glaz screen protector and Neo Hybrid case.

Coming from a ip6+ and SE, this ip7 rocks. Its faster, more fluid, generally more joy to use. With ios10, there are more settings which further enhance the user experience.

So sifus, which app is recommended for memory management, cache cleaning, general housekeeping?

Thanks in advance

None is required, you are using 128GB, no need clear cache also. Just let it be. If you really really feel too junk already, Everytime connect to iTunes for backup, it will auto clear the cache. But for 128GB, really no point to do such thing. iOS is very well in memory management control.

Unless you using 32GB then probably need as you may run out of space. For 128GB, it is unnecessary.

Thanks bro. thumbup.gif

You dont need all those junk for IOS. I can say so even for android. IOS and Android versions are better developed and more efficient now compared to older days.

Thanks bro. thumbup.gif

IOS phones never neede memory management or cache cleaning apps. Just use it like normal

Even now Android phones dont need memore management apps or cache cleaning apps

Thanks bro. thumbup.gif

in delima...want 7 or 7+..?
can u guys recomande for me?
money ready in pocket. huhu
*
I myself came from ip6+. I was having problems with the size of the + model. Then when the 7/7+ came out, I do appreciate the 7+ with the dual camera lens, and the rave reviews on YTube. In the end I settled for the 7 for its smaller footprint and slightly lower cost. But no regrets as the photo/video performance is well advance than what I used to in ip6+. BTW i bought the matt black version as imo lookes much nicer than the jet black.

QUOTE(jimcarrey @ Jan 29 2017, 02:10 PM)
Hi

Interested to get the 7 plus but been reading around and abit worry of the matte colors chips gate and the jet black's scratch gate.

Any current users here can recommend if I should get the matte or jet black?
*
Cant comment on the Jet Black as I only met it briefly. But the matt black is very nice in person. Its also nice to the touch it especially when it is naked. smile.gif

from their official site as I want custom case.

Bro, rhinoshield do have tempered glass screen protector. I woud imagine these go hand in hand with their cases.

I am using spigen Glazz. a bit pricey but it comes in 2 pack. Best fit, easy to install on your own, rounded and tapered corners. Bought mine from red design in lazed..

Is the texture grippy? I read reviews saying everything else tiptop, fit and finish, materials except the gripiness of the case.

Just sharing my experience with android for 3 years. Those who frequent going behind the scene "task managers" to disable this and that will know what I meant. Still remember must disable SNS service to stop Facebook from really draining battery and data. Repeat every time there is a Facebook update.
Then have to install memory optimizer and battery doctor to monitor and disable leaks. But those apps are the one which also leaking battery. 😅
Also, remember nexus announces availability of new firmware, but those using Sammy/oppo/(insert ur brand here) slowly wait another 10 months for an update, yet it doesn't fix the issues u have?

Anyone still remember those? So those who stick to iOS are not IT dummies nor stupid rich fanboys.  Just sick of repeat disabling stuff behind the scene.
*
Yup, I do remember those days for me it was pre 2010, now and again need to call my sifu and ask this and that about the android workings. Many times phening rclxub.gif

When switch to iOS, so user friendly and straightforward operation IMO.

Is there any scientific attestation to this?

For best charging would be using the ipad charger + high amp lightning cables such as Anker Powerline, Aukey etc. Furthermore put the phone to airplane mode or switch it off. Just bear in mind that 0%-80% is in highspeed charging and after that the current will drop dramatically till it trickle charges at near final %.

how is the quality, do you think its worth rm209 or just buy a cheap one is ok?

IMHO, the apple case is somewhat premium. For the kind of money, there are other brands that are being sold here which are better for less money. Obviously, the applecase would be best fit for their product. But brands such as Spigen, Rhinoshield, Totallee, to name a few, does have many designs that appeals.

Anyone using uag case for ip7+? Any review / comment ?
*
My son using an UAG for his ip5s. And their design is similar across the models. Anyway on the ip5s, it does offer very good protection all round however it does look bulky. For ip7/7+ imho if used would diminish the sleet lines of the phone.

Guys, I din bother to look at the threads as it's too long to read. I wanna ask you guys owning the 7+ 32 and 128. You guys feel big difference for loading hi-res apps? And like taking pics. The saving file time really that slow as reported?
*
I woud imagine the 128Gb would have better resale value in future. Furthermore the photo files are now bigger with the higher resolution camera so the bigger storage means less frequent transfers.
