Finally got my unit, ip7 128gb in black and it has already got a Spigen Glaz screen protector and Neo Hybrid case.

Coming from a ip6+ and SE, this ip7 rocks. Its faster, more fluid, generally more joy to use. With ios10, there are more settings which further enhance the user experience.

So sifus, which app is recommended for memory management, cache cleaning, general housekeeping?

Thanks in advance

You dont need all those junk for IOS. I can say so even for android. IOS and Android versions are better developed and more efficient now compared to older days.

This iPhone 7 Plus finger print got one big issue is where it can't have single wet. It won't registered your finger print even when your hand is wet. It needs to be 100% dry. If your hand is always sweaty then you need to always wipe dry before use the finger print else it won't work.

I gonna said the worst ever implement finger print, it is fast and accurate if only your hand is fully dry.

My main issue with the fingerprint sensor on my phone is that it doesnt work when the phone is charging. I have to manually key in my pin number to unlock the phone sometimes. rclxub.gif

I observed this, not sure same conditions and scenario like you. When "over-charging", leaving it with the bundled apple adaptor and connected after it reaches 100%, the phone gets warm/hot, the fingerprint doesn't register.
Since then, I got an Anker USB charger which can do fast charging like iPad charger, 2.4A?? charge within 1 - 2 hour (never really check how long it charges, but should be below 2 hours and above 1 hour mark) and unplug before it gets warm.

Avoided charging overnight and no longer using the Apple bundled charging adaptor.

Weird... seems the same on my remax charger too. doh.gif

Lousy for me. Finger need 100% dry for the fingerprint scan to work properly. While cheaper phone can perform better. For RM4k phone of course i expect the scanner can tolerate if finger a bit wet. Sometime when i want to use phone quickly out of pocket need to wipe finger 1st  bangwall.gif

At times, the depth of your fingerprints matter too when administering finger prints. Some people have very clear finger prints, some dont. Some people cant even administer fingerprints and they will get a letter from NRD saying so. So, no biggie there.
