It's cool though, you can just check your pc for iv. So how do Hyper Training works? Do they really increase the IVs or just the chart? I mean I know they don't change the Hidden Power typing, but what about the final stats?

Using Naive Abra to sr shiny or good iv Type Null. Which ever come first. Well settled for 31,30,29,31,31,31 type null. I'll sr for shiny in Moon

but how it works? put alakazam in 1st one then change to other pokemon to lower down Lunala hp and catch it ?

*my alakazam has a lax nature, once clear elite 4 only will find a good one

Yep have the pokemon with synchronize lead. I usually switch i a smeargle to catch but too lazy to train one in sumo, so i just have the kadabra learn thunder wave and give it hidden power and no stab move.

For hidden ability, teach it role play. Easier to know which sos pokemon have hidden ability

but put those pokemon with synchronize in 1st one got higher chance get better nature ?
for example, put Alakazam in 1st one and get good nature for Lunala (modest / timid)

The nature of the wild pokemon have the chance to be the same as the alakazam. 50% i think. So if you want modest lunala you need modest alakazam

okay, so now I need to find a modest abra

so once I got modest abra, put it in 1st one
then as usual switch to other pokemon to lower down Lunala hp and put either sleep or paralyze to catch it ?

by aiming to get good nature, you mean getting Adamant? i see ppl keep SR to get Adamant..

Basically each pokemon has a nature and it will boost 10% of its strong stats while reduce 10% of it weak stats.

Adamant nature gives +10% to ATK while -10% to S.ATK

as I am playing pokemon moon (catch Lunala)
what I found is either modest or timid, but then need a modest nature of abra
