My computer has an issue, it will hang if reboot. Updating windows require multiple reboot in order to complete. I did update my windows few times and it failed. The problem is it will try to update it back, forcefully. And i will stuck in the loop of this update forever. I tried googling around, it doesnt help resolving the "reboot" problem. Any advices? Thanks

It is not a good idea to disable windows update, as it will leave your PC become vulnerable to threat and bugs.
For reboot issue, check your event viewer.
Sometime it is due to malfunction of driver, hardware and os corruption.

Via Control Panel > Administrative Tools, you can access Services. In the Services window, scroll down to Windows Update and turn off the process. To turn it off, right-click on the process, click on Properties and select Disabled. That will take care of Windows Updates not being installed on your machine.
