If they deliver house with root, road and bricks and safe to stay.

Even no electricity and water, you still need to sign VP.

It's more on business culture and ethnic, unfortunately nothing much we can do.

if that is case.. snp didn't protect purchasers ..always in losing side.
abandoned projects.. buyers kena
bad workmanship.. kena again
late deliver.. developer not going to pay full compensation...kena juga

They are monitoring. How they take these feedback would decide their long term corporate value.

They should be smart enough to.understand that why we are still crying here.

If we bring to social media, buyers mostly would win but for me it's a lose-lose situation.

Maybe after Cradleton make noise. Future precinct would really improve.
I am not extreme to after flowers and big trees at least some foundation and.structure have to be there.

Wow, being a passive forumer not realizing the versions has blown to V13a rclxms.gif

Just my few thoughts.

1) I concur with you. Its good to make some noices so that future precints would improve. Whether is cradleton, merrydale, parkhomes, tenderfield & etc etc. It doesn't means we are happy or it wont affects me as a merrydale buyer with what cradleton buyers are facing now. As a chinese sayings, "you would only feel the pain if a needle cuts your skin". I remembered some time ago, some forumers appended some "questionables" pictures of the Work in Progress - qualities, workmanships and etc and he was being bombarded. After seeing those pictures, some of us were naturally concerned and worried if that was true. I have not been following the versions very closely, not sure what are the findings by now and if those pictures true?

2) My current house has some slope issues. After some years and settlements, many of the houses including mine found water pipes undergroud leaked. Some of us have to repipe it and some even resorted to pulling and reroute the entire piping directly from main to water tanks which is quite an ugly sight. Anyway, I am not an expert and not sure if the slope is the cause.

3) Lastly EW in reading, i hope you guys need to buckle up. We bought EM ( despite so far away for some of us) because we believe your concept, lifestlye, environment EW is promoting and selling. Being a big, professional and responsible developer you are portraying to us, don't short change us. It won't do good on you, with digital age and words of mouth, its better to listen to buyers / investors, they are more powerful than any other marketing materials.

4) I rather that you do not spend so much on so high quality papers of pamphlets, brochures and A&P, spend more and channel it to qualities, workmanships, environments, etc etc of the houses instead.

Cheers..n Happy Friday! rclxm9.gif

I have said many times.

Landscape are the most realistic elements EW can deliver, and the most reasonable request we could make.

But some balls of steel think we should pass and ask for Mandi Spa and makan buffet. I speechless.

agree. not to mention landscape is the biggest promise

Can you and Diverlim guide us lodge official complaint to CIDB? The government association you shared before. Im keen to it but need guidance.

Wait VP, if it is really nothing improved and things are missing... I believe many buyers like me will not accept. Can I not sign on the VP form?
It would be handful of owner list to collect and bring it back on social.media.

Har, complaint to CIDB for unfinish product? Can? hmm.gif

Tht is why should choose to buy from established reputable developers who can deliver quality products and on time, albeit with premium. there still risks involved but lower compared to cap ayam developers.

Some people overly think that they are so smart and successful that they whacked everything in siminyik. Maybe cuz siminyik is considered the KLCC from their kampong nearby la hahaha.. can't blame these people. But also buy broken and rotten products.

This is a very valid concern.

Usually if buyer is keen to stay long term (10/15/20 years), then before you move in I suggest relocating the underground piping. Either dig it all up and redo with super expensive stainless steel piping... or I prefer to relocate it externally, put it along the walls etc... cover it with fake wall/wooden panel etc (ask your ID la).

Cause my last 2 house I have water issue... next house I'm gonna spend $$ just to make sure it doesnt happen again...
