Chainreaction Cycles or CRC is the devil. Lol. A lot of ppl buy from them so you can shop with confidence. Be careful with shipping large items or big orders as it can be quite expensive. Also be warned that our dear kastam has been known to tax shipments from CRC.

Quite skinny tyre and you are not that heavy. For on road, try between 25 to 35 psi.

You don't need to put too much air when just riding on road because it may be too harsh and the extra air doesn't really help you go faster.

At the end of the day, you only know what is the ideal pressure for your bike, tyre, preference. Don't be afraid to play around with different pressures.

If just on road, shouldn't make a difference. Just find the right pressure and ride.

When it comes to component cross compatibility, the two things that really make the difference is the shifter and rd. Sram and shimano use different shifting ratios. When they don't match, you can usually tell it's not working as smoothly or as intended. For crank, cassette and chain, I think probably ok but depends on how you are used to the sram or shimano "feel" so it may be a big deal in the end.

I've use shimano xt cassette with sram x01 shifter for a bit after my X1 cassette died. While the shop told me it's compatible, I could tell it wasn't how I felt "normal" shifting would be with sram. After I changed to a gx cassette, I was much happier. Lol.

My physical condition won't be able to go to tackle those trail. But this bike might be more comfortable because folding bike a bit small for me.

V brake (all being stolen)
Inner tube (may need a new one, old one look harden)
Seat post (hardened)
V brake and derailer wire (some being stolen)

You can try to check out this shop called Virolasak Enterprise on FB. They may have some old parts for sale there. But like most have said here, don't think its worth the money to repair the bike. It will be cheaper to just get a decent 2nd hand bike.

Welcome. From my limited experience with them, most entry-level foldies between RM500 to RM1500 are pretty similar. Some of them are basically the same bike with different branding only. You can consider popular brands like Java, XDS, Trinx, Mongoose, KHS, Raleigh, etc.

The simple advice is really just go find something new or 2nd hand that you like the most within your budget. Don't think 26" wheels is common at that price range though. Most are 20" with 21 speeds or 14 speeds only.

Yes, its possible to change from full sus to HT but you need to share more info on your current bike and the parts on it. What brand and model is your bike and how old is it? When you want to transfer parts over, here are few big things to consider:

Fork
Is your current fork tapered or non-tapered? Tapered fork only fits tapered headtube without adapters, and ditto for non-tapered forks.
Is your current fork travel is too much or too little for the new HT?

Wheels/hub
Is your current bike 26, 27.5 or 29? What wheel size is your new HT frame gonna be?
Is your current hub size 135mm QR or 142mm TA? Can it fit the new HT frame?

Bottom bracket / crank
What standard is your bb? Can your current bb re used on the new HT frame?
Can you reuse the crank if you need a new BB?

There are other costs usually involved as well, e.g. new brake or shifter cables if needed, rebleed of brakes if needed, service, labour charges, etc. Maybe you can bring your bike to the shop and ask them nicely what parts can be reused on the HT frame you are aiming for and roughly how much the total cost to transfer them will be.

It's quite an old model according to Google. I think better to just sell off the bike complete and use the money to get a new HT. Less hassle because i don't you will be able to reuse a lot of the parts on a modern HT frame.

Crest not recommended if you do Kiara-type trails, e.g. drops, rock gardens, jumps, etc. Most likely can't stand up to the abuse. Good for XC type riding because it is quite light. I believe the FSA wheelset also similar specs.

I have 2 friends running xfusion dropper but not sure which model. Both also had problems. One was leaking oil but still working ok. The other seized and had to be warrantied.

Better top up a bit to get the reverb or fox transfer imho.

If you use a new chain, no problem. Don’t think you can reuse existing 11spd chains anyways. Need the narrower 12spd chains to work properly.

I've been using this natural degreaser called Holy Cow for a while now. It's the heavy duty degreaser in a 1-gallon bottle. You can get from Ace Hardware for about RM70 to RM80. It's green in colour. Lasts quite a while, especially if you dilute it with water.
