Are u sure that from the 15trips u can get RM19x incentive? If 15 trips can really result in an incentive of RM19x,.i want to move to Penang lor!!!

I think u misunderstood the concept. The incentive is the guaranteed earning if u do certain trips at certain hours. If the guaranteed amount is RM40 if you are able to do 3 trips, they will add the incentive for u in case that the fare you collected is less than the guaranteed amount.

So, if you collect RM5 + RM5 + RM5 = RM15
And guaranteed is RM40
They will add 40 - 15 = RM25 (gross)
RM25 x 0.8 = RM20

I also got, mine is even worst, Dax 10%, Pax 15%. All because I play jam area. More than 10minutes to pick up, I will cancel myself. And jam area also, passenger can't wait to long. Somemore grab back to back system is not perfect. It only counts the distance, not the time during jam. 15 minutes before I drop off passenger already sent me request. From 1st passenger to next passenger, another 20 minutes. Somebody's have to cancel la. This is cibai one.

Today is the day that I have ignored the most number of trips. RM10 also kena ignored, poor fella, wanted to go to Telawi for from KL to have dinner but didnt get a ride, but the pretty Somali lady who wanted to go back home to Maluri did get her ride.

My AR dropped from 85.1% last night to 83.7% tonight, at 216 completed jobs, 57 cancelled jobs. Tomorrow is a big day for me, 28 consecutive trips to accept! That is at least 7 - 9 hours of battle. Am I ready?

How many trips completed = x
How many trips cancelled (driver & rider) = y
Total trips accepted = x + y
Total trips offerred = [(x + y) x 100%] / AR

In my case,
Total trips offerred : [(216 + 57) x 100] / 83.7 = 326

So to get the AR up to 85.1%

326 + A = 100%
(216 + 57) + A = 85.1%
A = ?

Your AR & CR are calculated on weekly basis. As long as you meet the AR, DR & CR requirement by 11.59pm on Sunday, incentive will be paid

Im in a very good mood today so I decided to take Venessa for a long ride to genting at higher price. And lucky enough, I got a trip back!!!! Its a very very good morning.
