Me have a question too, let say on Friday I start, end of the day my AR like 80%, so I continue on Saturday and my AR reach 90% and maintain untill Sunday. So the Friday job got insentive?

Or on Friday my AR 90% but on Saturday my cancel rate 12%, on Sunday the AR 90 and cancel rate 9%, my incentive is only count on Friday and Sunday only?

I checked back my AR and CR emailed from grab for this week, notice that it is not tally on what I have recorded.
In my record, AR is 86.7%, CR 7.7%
I use the formula calculation and it is always correct all the while and tally.

However, in this week email shown AR 91.76%, CR 9.09%
Nearly cant get incentive if CR burst > 10%

Not sure how the system calculate this out regardless on how I configure using the formula.
I cant get the figure tally with the email

Think it is better screen shot the rating every Sunday 11:45pm with date and time as prove.
Don't know why the system is getting lousy and shitty.
