Allow rider to cancel and reboot even the driver is near.

This can happen when rider book grabshare, but then driver arrived see 4 ppl.

I think now is promo period. just to let everyone get a taste of how Grab Share works. After this if no match, rider still need to pay full fare. Discounted fare only if match.

will 2 promo codes work for 1 trip?

Further driver need to keep track grabshare job to get additional 50%.

Some rider i met did mention grab having high ignorance despite showing driver nearby, in long run this will tarnish Grab image and driver will affected as well. Which is why there is rationale for Grab to implement such ruling

Today get this cheapskate riders . Order Grabshare , reach there saw 5ppl immediately i tell them only 2ppl allowed for Grabshare , even normal Grabcar only allowed 4ppl . Tell them 2ppl come in another 3book another ride . Come in masam muka , sure will rate me 1* , fxxx ...

Anyone here facing this message on Waze. So fed up its very difficult to drive with this message. Have reset Waze but still the same.

There is pro and con in both side from i've seen, Uber apps definitely showing more features for driver, especially rating comment etc. While Grab is just plain simple and user-friendly for rider but driver apps certainly need improvement. I believe from the huge fund raise months ago and recent shift into new office in Singapore will certainly improve.

U try open Uber apps and see the amount of driver, i find it pathetic low even with peak hour.
go back and sleep early, aim for tomorrow slot if possible

Anyway i think Grab statistic reflect lower demand of 8pm block but it seem unlikely based on my experience, shopping mall especially still in high demand 8pm slot (monday to thursday). Let the rider enjoy waiting or pay higher fare on 8pm

incentive always kurang 10 - 20 bucks.
