Just now just halau rider who brought in durian to my car...he selamba bring in during without any courtesy to inform me.. I straight tell him durian is not allowed and ask him to cancel ...lol

today got a cilaka cheapskate rider in the evening totally spoiled my mood.

pick up from Dsara Kim and going to Kepong with fare Rm18.
so the fastest and shortest way at that time is going through LDP.

so story begin.
this rider have no courtesy to inform there will be another pick up at difference location until i pressed "pick up" after she get into my car then she only tell me to pick up another person at Hartamas Shopping Centre.

of course i have to open rider app to check the multiple stop's fare to protect my profit. so the result fare is Rm27.

then she refused to pay for it and telling me that she always did that yet no one is charging additional. so i just sent her back to the pick up location and call cs to complain.

and cs told me to avoid this in future.
i replied "how to avoid when rider only tell you after you pressed "pick up" with no cancel button, are we going to fulfill their request and not to charge extra?" 

cs: ... just try to avoid ya, i will help you to cancel on this one and put remark.

it was 3rd jobs in 7pm UP hour.
initial 7,5,18 = 30, incentive = 12

end up i get 2 GS job in same hour block after this job is cancelled.
7,5,6,7 = 25, incentive = 25

No, its not about this timing.  Some riders press even before reach destination.  Some riders dont even do it.  They leave the app as it is until the want to make next booking.  Its always about location.

would like to know if i taking riders and the total rm3 for the trip. grab will pay me rm2 ?
i heard its rm5 minimum guarantee.
im new driver. below 50< trip.
and uber will happen the same things with it too?

What do you do after u get an airport trip, do you camp at the airport or will u return back to kl/cyberjaya empty car.

as i remember grab are guarantee rm5 for the flexi driver and rm6 for the pro driver..

if taking rm3 riders, grab will top up rm2 to your wallet.

I use my method because previously I read in FB group and they say still can get incentive . Maybe that's few months back 😂

Chasing number of trips is good for incentive , but this b2b is just so annoying and really need to be multitask pro while driving .

If I received a ping at 11.55am and the ride is completed at 12:20pm. Does this ride enters into the 11am incentive calculation or the 12pm incentive calculation?
