at least we will know sumthing.

and the weekly driver assesment, i dont want to know shit about the praises by riders. i want to know the bad stuff. from there only i can improve. let say a rider complaint i got BO or inappropriate music but grab dont show this how am i going to improve. 

and they have to improve alot on the b2b system. just because im near the area at the time of the request sent doesnt mean i can get to the rider on time. change from a radius system to a through distance system...

b2b should check on the time to destination first, followed by distance to determine which rider should the request route to.

sometimes the acceptance quota must left to skip airport trip.
i always got simulation on how many trips i need accept to skip long journey, airport and how to play around within cancellation also.

if the quota finish within my calculation, i will just stop driving even in UP hours. i will not go chase because i cant calculate the next quota when driving. expecially with b2b, no chance to see the acceptance rate in app screen at all.

But the acceptance rate is not the updated after you ignore / cancel on previous job when working on current one.

I think total cancellation of DAP and PAX will trigger the warning from grab. Last week both together is 22% and now receive the message.

I think if exceed 20% on DAX + PAX will get warning.
I just get the warning today for last week.
Until now I have received the warning 2 times, one is during the raya time.

30% may suspend your account already.

So better watch out lo.

I guess it's time to find something else to do.  Same goes to all other drivers here.

Yes, I know I'm fucking good at playing incentive.  I know that grab will not be able to sustain if they have 5000 drivers like me.  I knew this from the very beginning.  Things were never like this before.  If they cannot afford to pay incentives, in the first place, dont offer a platform to work on.  Don't give guarantee just to attract drivers.  Perhaps this is how grab game the drivers.  They know that they cant make money from drivers like me.  The smart drivers, they want to kick out.  I guess those who stay are the stupid one. LOL, no offense ya to the drivers here.  But this is how things work in Malaysia.  Siapa yang bodoh, naik tinggi tinggi.  Yang pandai2 dapat straight As in SPM, can't even get a seat in local uni.
