After you end the trip, should let the apps open for at least 5 minutes to refresh.

Off the b2b availability button only when there is 5 min left close to the end of hour block. last 2km could be 3 mins left and b2b features may get you another nearby job. off the b2b button all the while may not count as online i perhaps. you will lose that portion.

if you in MP hours, u will only get total earning of $52.25 (not deduct 20% yet) if you completed 4 jobs due to the last 5 minutes off.

If you collect fares of total 25, then incentive will be $27.25

today klcc damn jam.
1:30pm get the 1st rider in klcc, 1:40pm get the 2nd rider in wisma central, 1:55pm get the 3rd rider from klcc as well., and this rider stuck most long until 2:30pm only reach her destination, yet the distance < 2km....
sucks.

Does grab ban rider if they always cancel? Anyway I cancelled the job but selected (passenger request to cancel) as the reason😑🙄😏

cs told if they cancel job, this will be count of part of suspended your account when it reach the threshold.

grab fares summary always very confusing to me.

total gross pay = gross incentive
total net pay = net incentive after 20% commission
fares collected = gross fares from rider (cash, credit card etc)

Can they make it better on what people can understand when see it...
They should show also the nett fares collected.

Then total nett pay + nett collected = the money that goes into your pocket

Hi guys,

Is there any official wearing required for us to pickup customer?
Today met a rider comment me why no wear long trousers and white T-shirt, I like "wtf.... am I taxi driver that need wear uniform"? She told she wont go report me by capturing on how I wear since I drive safely.

I again like "wtf....."

Even with 10 minutes and 2km left, you will still get B2B...
