what happened to the grab ambassador mesra card?

i can't seem to login to it anymore

Went to grab hq this friday.
The reason why I dropped go grab flexi is because my cr  is 19.50% ( in grab system) while my cr on apps is 6.1%
I asked the officer why, they say it is because the trips that are canceled by passenger and the reason is "cancel request by drivee" will be system categorized as self cancel and will be under driver cr.

The reason why they don't want to directly reflect is to protect the customer safety as they afraid driver would do something to the customer if they know the customer choose this option.

For this week, I had done 90 trips with a total of 14 cancelation from customer.

So, assuming all of my cancelation fall under the reason of " driver request to cancel", my cr according to grab system will be
14/(14+90) = 13.5%

I will need to do additional 37 trips so that my Cr according to grab system will be
14/(14+127) = 9.9%

With only 13 hours before Sunday end, do you guys think I can make it for this week incentives?

I always avoid picking up these type of ppl...have to guess from the name..if Cr can spare i just use it and cancel..unless the fare is good then i call and ask...

of coz cant always recognise them from names lah

Might need to do a longer trip on Saturday - from KL to Kemaman - is it likely drivers will accept this? As it's around a 300km journey, never tried such a long journey on Grab/Uber before.

Ignoring a grabshare job is really pain in ass, have to cover back AR at weekend

That one is for grab flexi, incentive driver only revised the slot to UP.

yup, AMbassador and Pro no more 30% or 10% top up for GS. So, have to ignore GS job from now on

I don't quite understand about it

Let say UP slot and u are in Grab Pro/Ambassador, 2 grabshare job accepted which guarantee RM33 fare

Both GS job is at RM40 which above the guarantee fare, so does this mean no top up 10% on top of RM40?

My AR was 100% last week, too bad I forget to screenshot, so all burn.. 😓

But I never ignore any ping before, all I accept. Thats why I say my AR is 100% last week

My figure was close to the figure, and i realize they switch UP to HP and HP to UP slot

My excelsheet show:-
UP - 31.40
HP - 58.20
Total 89.60

Grab Statement show:-
UP - 64.00
HP - 26.00
Total 90.00

So guys, please check thoroughly for last week earning if any dispute, list down 1 by 1 and send all the details and fight for your incentive.

For the past week I have experienced that, and yes my AR goes down instantly that time, last week no, that did not happened

Anyway I already called Grab CS earlier and they told me they will check from their side and will get back to me later..

Any suggestion for area that is popular for short trips(high ratio to get short trips)? Or any particular area that you guys normally drive for grab?
