I will answer a few questions above:
1. kepong can try port at the high class place. desa park city. or specifically at maybank desa park city.
2. minimum credit is rm15 to continue getting new job request. falling below that you will not get any new ping.

Incentive top up to credit balance only.
Cash balance is from those rider using Grabpay. I will always transfer from cash balance to credit because no use money staying in the cash balance. At least in credit balance the 20% Grab commission deducted from there.

Grab start banning riders as well now. Although it is easy to set up a new account but you still need a usable phone number.

Via email. Weekly you will receive that statement unless you did not drive for that week.

incentive won't count. calling CS to inform is to make sure you dont get ban only.

I think I shared before already previous page. Only got 3 logical entrance place for drop off / pick up at klcc.

1. Isetan entrance (the place you need to make a small uturn). Will consider this as side entrance.
2. Coach entrance (beside Menara Maxis). main entrance.
3. LV entrance (beside Mandarin Oriental Hotel). main entrance.

Incentive driver will not accept big ping like RM30 above is almost certainly a no go for me. If my acceptance rate is good, even above RM20 will be ignored.
Special case. Unless is HP block early part of the hour, then I will accept. After drop off will offline and wait for the next block hour to start.

p/s: I dont drive P block and below. Only aim HP, UP and MP.

To be more precise is based on the rider request timing.
Because twice already I kena. accepted request nearing the new block 1 minute but check back history recorded as minute 59.

Cos the request will pass from one driver to another. each driver taking 15 secs to decide. So you understand.

This entrance is known as Porte Cochere.
Not everyone knows about this. Got another is before Pavilion Residence. Known as Pavilion Tower. Pickup from there once.

Learn from experience. No need to offline and head back to area you are familiar. Just use waze will do. Klang Valley is so big and cannot choose where we want to drive to.
Important thing is to learn the entrance of each main shopping mall. Riders mostly dont know the name of the entrance but prominent shops at the entrance will help us. Example:
Nu Sentral starbucks will be at the top level (near KL Sentral). If coffee bean will be at the bottom level (brickfields).
KLCC got 2 main entrance. One with COACH shop. Another with LV shop.
Mid valley megamall so many entrance. Haha. Need to take a few times to know every entrance point.
