Since yesterday, taman wawasan touching got no internet. Got H but no internet. Using my umobile basic internet to reply.

We acknowledge that there are many areas to improve - telco coverage, wifi, Atm availability,credit card facilities, car park signage, cleanliness, lack of redemption items etc. Technical aspects that worked fine before started to act up, dust continues to fly even though we constantly clean after hours.
But we owe ourselves that we should not give up. And we must work harder to address these issues we are facing. We hope you will continue to let us know your thoughts and give us the opportunity, time and space to make this work for you. Some solutions will be quick, but some may take longer. We will use this space to continuously provide you with updates and engage with you actively for a better mall experience that benefits Cheras.

We have received some feedback on the wifi & telco issues. We're deeply sorry about the inconvenience caused, but while we're working diligently to improve it quickly, we'd very much like to make up to our customers by offering everyone a chance to tell us their "A Day in Retro Life at Sunway Veloctity Mall" story (remember what it was like in the old days before wifi?). The most inspiring & interesting story will be picked by us & rewarded with a CHRISTMAS HAMPER WORTH RM800 !!!

Yes please, together with GPS location. Specify if band 5, or 38 or 40

Yesterday night 9.30pm out subway velocity mall, at ong guat eng restaurant, outdoors. 4g but slow.

Somethims The phone is "jammed".
So needs to off for few minutes.. Then restart back..

just joined back webe smile.gif. last week need to port both lines since wife wants to port back to Celcom. Unfortunately webe cannot split the lines and have 2 main lines. No choice need to port both lines to Celcom, used for 1 day then need to walk in to Celcom center and request to split account. Redicolous, but no options have to do anyways...

Perhaps u can try to remove the sim n re-insert the sim

heello wanna ask.. i test my speed on 4g was 10mbps but when i download speed onlly 300kbps to 400kbps.. bukan need to 800 to 900 kbps.. already contact their customers service.. they said my phone problem because cnt support dual 5 freq.. fyi my phone was lenovo a2100

It is capped at 2Mbps.
Only in some apps (like WhatsApp) and speedtest it can go more than that.

You actually meant "can't support band 5 freq", right? Can you post the webe reply here?

Anyone knows why it is the case that without band 5, the download speed is slow? He locked into 4g, which means then it should be band 40, which should have better bandwidth???
