maybe because the CPU is E8400 and its not X9560. you are comparing 2 core and 4 core. not sure what is the cache for those 2 CPU

i see that other get 5.7 with E8400...
even AMD X2 6000 get 5.3.. its make me wonder that the rating its real..erm.. |

In Vista, right click the Computer at desktop or at the Start menu, then click Properties. There you go.
