I have problem in updating my window experience index. Everytime i update my window index, it will come out new hardware detected. I'm using notebook compaq notebook currently. Anyone can help me? Thanks

my new laptop dell 1420 scores 2.9 only due to not enough memory, it came with 512mb only, going to upgrade it to 2GB soon, see how much is the improvement.
