devilcase came up with a glass protector that does not have tone skin effect (the tiny dots).
you can try that. seen their video on their website and it looks amazing.

Try delete the registry and register your fingers again, and make sure it's not damp.

The camera apps for example, u open the apps even in bright light cobdition, the camera will still look dropped frame rates and looking laggy and after a few shots only the camera goes back smoothly functioning.

Another example, open google chrome on xz, it takes a few second to load and i want to choose which tab to use need to wait again.

Another example, facebook apps...freaking 5sec to load??!! And inside u scroll down it doesn't even feel amooth at all unless u scroll it way down laggily and scroll back up and down again o ly it feels smooth.

Another thing is, i dont know which apps im in everytime after im done i wanna click on recent tab it just lags and need wait fews second like 3 to 6sec only it will load..and after clicked only vibrate feedback no on screen response feedback.

I did not have any of these weird slowdown issues. My phone is definitely smooth as butter if you asked me.
What suggested me is that you may got yourself a lemon unit. I suggest you send it for warranty or exchange a new one at the place you purchased.

Also, don't use STAMINA mode (my personal opinion) as it will slow your phone down.

LOL, that thing already start on sale since day 1 in Malaysia. It costs RM159 if I remembered correctly.
I bought it, find it not that convenient as Z3 and older years. However, good thing is that it doesn't hurt the charging port very much, since you can slip it in smoothly as there's no clip locking the charging port.

if you use facebook app, then the app is the culprit. everyone is affected as well, regardless of brand.
