highest indicative valuation is 280k for a furnished SOHU facing mountains...............

But I didnt anticipate is super strong rental demand in the SOHU units..............my unit were offered 1.9k rent the same day the existing tenant moves out.........very2 liquid..............somehow locals dont mind spending that much on rents in Axis.................

very, very lucky......... smile.gif

Thinking to get 1 unit there. An agent wanted to sell me a unit for RM320K for fully furnish, from 606sqft -700sqft. i think RM320k is on the extreme high side for sohu. Do what do you guys think about the price?

works out to 460 per sq ft. if furnishing is good and u like it, not that unreasonable.. but do not think the previous transactions went up to that price. if reallly interested, see can nego or not.

Think its certainly not cheap when one can get bare unit for approx 270k-280k for the 531sqf unit........guess one needs to evaluate whether the additional reno put and larger built up warrants the premium asked...........

But when similar units in TMS's M-City going for 500k at least..........think Axis Sohu is primed for another bull run........that is provided maintenance levels doesnt further deteriorate....... wink.gif
